i observed the behavior a litte further.
It seems that telemetrie stays deactivated till the next reboot. (didn't test sleep mode)
Is there a way OOShutUp can prevent it?

Same here... also Win 10 64-bit 20H2 with all patches and newest OOShutup . I think its not really a problem in OOShutup I'am not quite shure, but i think this behavior started after the second last Patch-Day. If I deactivate 'Telemetriedaten senden' in OOShutup and look after reboot again in OOShut...
