Space defrag option stuck

Hello.
1)My laptop has two internal drives.An ssd and a hdd.I had mentioned at the past that the space defrag option stuck for internal hdd.Usually stuck for downloaded torrent video files.Start and ''stuck '' to a file >16% .The reamining time is about an hour but after a while become 2 hours , 3hours e.t.c.I have v27.I had reported to official support 3 years ago,but i do not find their mail reply.The current week ,the problem reappear.I do not now why it happens.....Sometimes by itself...Or now i notice that unstuck when run firts built in win 11 optimization tool, but is not normla to happens.........
2)Also i try to buy v32 but the page is not working.I tried via edge and chrome
3)Also i wonder all these year if i could register my defrag versions that i had purchased......Thank you
