ootrayicon missing

Hello.I notice that system tary icon of ooo defrag v27 is missing form hidden icons.Also is not appear the ootray.exe in task manager.Any solution please?

Note: The customer contacted technical support at the same time. The problem occurred because the checkbox for activating the O&O Defrag TrayIcon was deactivated.
