bad sector while imaging

I started creating image after running chkdsk,even then i got --"A bad sector was found ...Would you like to always skip bad sectors and continue". Now,if i select yes,will the created image work and be reliable.
How to fix these sectors ?

As long as your system boots now and all of your data is available => Yes, the image should work!

You cannot fix these sectors by yourself, your OS/driver/harddisk should remap the sector.
