I'm sorry, but your question already has been answered.

BuildPE for DiskImage version 5 is available to licensed users only, it is not available by public download (at least, it should not...).
Therefore, if you need support for BuildPE, please register your copy of DiskImage and/or contact the support at support@oo-software.com -- They *asap* will give you any assistance needed to create a bootable stick.
