Diskimage Server v9 job stuck running

i have had this problem before and support here game the solution last time but i cannot find it !!
the job gets stuck running and even if you stop/start service or reboot server the job still starts saying running and never stops
unless you just delete it and setup again from scratch

if i remember correctly their is a command you can enter into the XML file that tells it to stop ?
or if there is a better way that would be better

please help, get this many times now and pain starting again as i loose the job logs

Thread starter has contacted technical support directly. Conclusion:

In some cases it can happen that a job has finished successfully but the status in the GUI hadn't been changed. Therefore the job will be listed as running and therefore not start to the expected time.

Stop the service OO DiskImage and change the status in the job XML file to:

<Status>2</Status>

Start the service afterwards.

The value 2 means JOB_STATUS_FINISHED, if it is a scheduled job it will start automatically.
