my backup is working fine as the drives get the full image and it looks perfect, however within the program my job never gets updated or creates a log or report after its finished, just looks like a brand new job never run, no errors ?

i have uninstalled and removed all traces and then reinsstalled and still the same

Same here. I have a job running weekly and only the first run was reported and an email was sent. Could not find any setting that relates to reporting. Kind of disappointing
