backup not working on schedule

i have just installed diskimage server 7 on a brand new sbs 2011 server
latest version
if i create the job it creates it ok and is ready to go, however it fails straight away with error 1) Invalid value: 'serialnumber' (line 48, position 13)
if i run the job manually it works fine, only when job is left to run on a schedule

any ideas ?

Hello superfantastic,

It's the disk serialnumber that cannot be identified. Is it a RAID drive? Use the drivenumber instead. Please edit the job file and replace
<serialnumber>...</serialnumber> eg. with <drivenumber>0</drivenumber> if you want to image drivenumber 0.

thank you , that worked a treat. if i delete the line SERIAL NUMBER from the xml file it also fixes it
