BC18 Remove/Disable/Close Start Assistant

Hello,

Is there a way to close or disable the new start assistant?

While some might find this feature useful I just find it distracting and is continually getting in the way if mouse clicks are slightly missed or trying to position the mouse to move or resize windows. This has been a big issue when trying to use BC18 remotely over remote management tools (HP iLo) where the mouse is a bit laggy and impercise.
