Sorry I write in English, but German is difficult for me.

I want to insert a screenshot image in a post, but unfortunately can't figure out how to do it.

I have already tried the FAQ link in the upper left corner, hoping for a useful guide, but unfortunately the link does not work.

Is there a little help to get?
