Liebes O&O-Team,

ich nutze seit kurzem DiskImage sowohl für den Server als auch für Workstations. Eäre es möglich, das Bootmedium auch als WIM-Datei zu erstellen? Dann könnte ich es in die Windows Deployment Services einbinden und im Bedarfsfall direkt über das Netzwerk starten. Für eine Wiederherstellung des Servers wäre das weniger relevant, aber für die Workstations wäre es eine Vereinfachung.

Hallo Markus,

Die WIM Datei befindet sich in der ISO Datei. Im Verzeichnis "sources" finden Sie die Datei boot.wim. Damit es auf allen Rechnern bootet erzeugen Sie bitte die Wiederherstellungsumgebung mit dem Windows ADK.

vielen Dank, das ist die Lösung! Das Windows ADK habe ich auch vorher zur Erstellung verwendet, aber ich bin leider nicht auf die Idee gekommen, mal in das ISO-Abbild reinzuschauen.

thanks a lot, that's the solution! I also used the Windows ADK beforehand to create it, but unfortunately it didn't occur to me to take a look at the ISO image.
