1.9.1438 Config File Bug?

Beitrag von OhioYJ » Sa 13. Jul 2024, 12:56

I've noticed something in the latest update. I'm not sure if it's a bug or I went wrong somewhere. At first I thought it was just a major change in the latest update.

On my machine to recreate:
  • File export settings, save config file.
  • Close ShutUp10.
  • Open ShutUp10.
  • File Import setting, select config file.
  • Error Message: "An error occurred when downloading the file. Please make sure that you have sufficient administrative rights and the file is not damaged."
Happens across multiple PCs. It's new issue to this version.

1.9.1438 Config File Bug?

I am using O&O Shutup 10 V. 1.9.1438 on quite some computers. I cannot confirm such behavior. I am creating config files for Windows 10 on a "master computer" and import these config files on several computers without any problems. The config files are always copied to a local drive of the importing computer into the same directory where OOSU10.exe is stored. As far as I remember there have been problems with import in previous versions, if config file was stored on a network drive.
