ShutUp10 option breaks broken Cortana Search in Win10 1903.18362.329

After installing the latest KB4512941 I realized that it, in my NUC 6: (1) SearchUI.exe caused CPU loads of 30%+; and that (2) the Start - Search was not working. This is also known as CPU Spike Bug in Windows 10 1903 update.
The update forces Cortana Bing search on users when doing Windows 10 search (i.e. as usual, Microsoft tries to integrate further into Windows what users clearly don't want). Users who have disabled Bing will then get the SearchUI.exe CPU spike bug.
The workaround is detailed here.
However, it's important to note that selecting in O&O ShutUp 10: Miscellaneous -> Extension of Windows 10 search with Bing disabled, will again break the Cortana Search causing the CPU spike bug.
Cheers!
