Shutup10 Fails to change these settings Always!

I have updated my Windows to version 20H2. No matter how many times I change the settings and reboot these settings are ALWAYS disabled. ( I cannot activate or enable these settings to disable them, they Always Revert.) Either ShutUp10 is Broken or needs to be updated for the new windows version. Can anyone help please? I simply Cannot do things like share my location with Microsoft.

Don't have the first idea of how to figure this one out for you. I have read in some places that shutup10 does not reable features as reliably as disable them. The risks of freeware I guess. All I can say for sure is that I have a similar (yet opposite) problem, hence I'm posting here.
For example, I have shutup10 set to disable Cortana and yet Cortana is still happily sitting on my toolbar ready to serve requests.
I am also running Windows version 20H2. Are these issue related and it perhaps specific to this version?
