Windows 10 Start Menu Search issue?

Hi,
Firstly thank you for this software!
The issue is probably my fault, not understanding a setting. However when I try to search my start menu items (installed applications), it only shows things from before I switched on Shutup10. For example I can type Chrome and find that, but if I type Firefox that does not show up (even though it is in the start menu).
Can you tell me which setting is causing this and why?
