FYI! Do NOT Uninstall Disk Image 14 if Running Windows 10 Insider Builds

If you uninstall ANY of O&O's products while running a Windows Insider build, you will NOT be able to reinstall the product until they release an update that is compatible with the 19H1 and 20H1 builds. This also means that you will be unable to update any of their products as well. They will run fine. I made the mistake of uninstalling Defrag when it wouldn't update, and now I am screwed until they see fit to release an update.

I also get an error message every time I run Disk Image after a new build install.

Please look in the user directory %TEMP% for the MSI logs and make them available to us. Enter %TEMP% in the address bar of the file explorer and confirm with enter. Please search for files with names beginning with "MSI" and ending with ".log". Compress these files and upload them here or send them to the support "support@oo-software.com" with a reference to the forum entry. Thank you.

No such file exists. I have a lot of oostub directories.

The Windows Insider Builds are a preview. We have some problems with this, which will not occur in the final version, which will be released. Since you can't provide us with any data, we have to ask you to wait for the official final version.
