[Issues]Right-click menu not opening after using O&O ShutUp10++ on Windows 11 (26100.4351)

Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC (26100.4351)
After running the program O&O ShutUp10++ (Version 1.9.1444) as Administrator and performing the following steps:
Actions → Apply all settings → Continue → OK,
then restarting the computer,
right-clicking on any application causes a spinning cursor and no response.
Please fix this bug.
