Diskimage server v9 failed to create empty document

when i try and open the software on my sbs2011 server i get the message in a small box

failed to create empty document

the software then does not open

i have rebooted server, cleared temp folders, done a repair on o&o software, reset services
and still cannot get into software

any ideas on how to resolve problem

since which time does the problem happen? I assume not at first install of O&O DiskImage 9? Have you tried to uninstall and install again (not repair)?

all was working fine as it has been for a year or more, i have not removed software, was not sure of settings so have not done that as yet
was hoping to repair without another reboot

A fresh install "should" solve this problem.

ok will do an uninstall and reinstall and see if it fixes it, if not then i will post back here
would have thaought i could have fixed it without this though

no idea what it is anyway that might be causing it ?

Unfortunately not. It is difficult to say because it was working fine for a year or more.
